Peremis Partner Program

These are the rules of the Peremis Partner Program. They apply to every partner from the day their application is approved. Joining is free and there is no fee at any tier.

Tiers, commission and bonuses

You earn a percentage of the order subtotal on approved sales you refer. Your rate is set by your tier.

How tiers move

• Your tier is set by your approved sales in the previous calendar month and holds for the whole of the current month.
• Silver, Gold and Ambassador each carry a monthly quota to hold the tier. Miss it once and you keep your tier with a warning. Miss it a second month in a row and you move down one tier.
• Reach the higher number again and you move straight back up the following month.
• Bronze has no quota, so nobody is removed from the program for a slow month.
• There is no limit on how many partners can hold any tier.

How monthly bonuses are paid

Bonuses are paid on this month's approved sales, at the tier you currently hold, using the steps shown on the tier cards above. You are paid the highest single bonus you reach, not all of them added together. Climbing to a higher step in the same month pays only the difference.

Launch bonus

New partners currently receive an additional launch bonus on approved sales made in their first 30 days: $100 at 50 sales, $200 at 100, $400 at 200. It tops up rather than stacking, so reaching a higher step pays only the difference, and it is paid on top of the monthly bonus above. The launch bonus is a promotion and Peremis may change or end it at any time.

Partner referrals

• If someone applies through your referral link and is approved, you earn $100 once they reach 50 approved sales. This activation bonus is paid once per partner you refer.
• You then earn 2% to 5% of that partner's commission earnings for 12 months from the day they join, at whatever tier you hold when the commission is calculated.
• It is a share of what they earn, not of what they sell, and it never reduces their pay.
• Their bonuses are excluded. Referral commission is calculated on their commission earnings only.
• Signing someone up earns nothing on its own. They have to make real approved sales.
• Referral commission is reversed if the referred partner's orders are refunded or charged back.

How a sale is credited to you

• The customer enters your discount code at checkout, or
• your link brought them to the store on their first visit, which is tracked for 30 days. Your link works on any Peremis page, including product and collection pages.
• The order must be placed on peremis.com. Sales that check out inside TikTok Shop never reach our store, so they cannot be tracked or paid.

What does not earn commission

• Buying through your own link or code.
• Refunded and charged back orders. Any commission already raised on them is reversed.
• Orders that check out inside TikTok Shop.
• More than five orders in a day from one partner are held for a quick review before they are approved. This is there to catch abuse, not to slow you down.
• Orders flagged as fraudulent after review.

Getting paid

• A commission clears 30 days after the order, which covers the return window. Bonuses clear the same way.
• Once your cleared balance is over $50 you can request a payout from your dashboard.
• Payouts run monthly by PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

How you may promote Peremis

• Any Peremis product, anywhere online. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, blogs and email are all fine.
• You must follow FTC disclosure rules and clearly disclose that you earn a commission.
• You must not make health, medical or disease claims about any product.
• You must not bid on Peremis brand terms in paid search, use misleading claims, or promote through spam, malware or cookie stuffing.
• Breaking these rules can mean losing unpaid commission and removal from the program.

Changes and ending the arrangement

Peremis may update these program terms at any time, and the current version on this page is the one that applies. You can leave the program whenever you like. We may suspend or close a partner account for breaking these rules, and any commission raised on orders that turn out to be fraudulent or refunded is reversed. Cleared commission you have properly earned is still paid.
