Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed if additional payment verification, address review, or order screening is required.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options when available at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, carrier operations, and destination. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping time begins after an order has been processed and shipped, not at the time the order is placed.
Shipping Locations
Peremis currently ships within the United States and to Canada. We may expand, limit, or suspend shipping to certain locations at any time without notice.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may take time to appear. Peremis is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or offer. Any delivery date provided at checkout is an estimate only and it does not create a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
Peremis is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery failures, or lost, damaged, or stolen packages caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, public health events, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer assumes risk of loss and title for the products once the carrier receives the order, as allowed by law.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you encounter a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please initiate a claim with the shipping carrier first, if applicable. You may also contact Peremis at [insert customer service email] within 7 days of the marked delivery date or receipt of damaged goods, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Peremis does not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address and Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Canada and International Orders
For orders shipped to Canada, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times for Canada may vary due to customs processing.
Customers will continue to bear all import duties, taxes, and fees in the event of future international shipping, unless otherwise specified.
Order Changes and Cancellations

Separate Shipments
